Peace of mind.
SOS alerts, check-ins and location sharing. Safety essentials, free on every plan.

Let your family see where you are, on your terms.
- Know they got home
Check in, ask someone to, or get an alert when they arrive home.
- Send an SOS
Reach everyone in your orbit, with where you are.
Safety boundaries
Asked for. Agreed to. Never imposed.
Draw an area around home or school and ask someone in your orbit to turn it on. Nothing runs until they say yes, and they can switch it off whenever they want.
- They see it first
The exact area, the times, and what you will be told.
- Both of you are told
If they leave it, the alert they get says you were told too.
- Off whenever they want
You learn it is off, never why. No trail is kept.
Your people. Your privacy. Your call.
Choose what you share, who sees it and when it stops.

OrbilyLive is a private family safety and location sharing app, on iOS and Android and currently in private beta. It shows you where your family is on a live map, sends SOS alerts and check-ins, and tells you when someone gets home, with a shared calendar and driving insights alongside. Location sharing starts only when you choose it, and your location is never sold.
An orbit is a private group in OrbilyLive: your family, your housemates, or friends heading away together. It can be permanent, or temporary for a trip or a night out, ending by itself after an hour, a week, three weeks or a year. For each orbit you choose separately whether to share your live location, share it on a timer, or send updates only.
Everyone in your family orbit can share their live location on a private map, check in when they arrive, and send an SOS that reaches everyone with where they are. You can ask someone to check in, and get an alert when they arrive home. SOS, check-ins and location sharing are free on every plan. OrbilyLive is not an emergency service: in danger, call 999 in the UK or your local emergency number first.
No. You only appear to orbits you have joined, and only in the mode you chose for that orbit. Every member can see who can see them, and there are no hidden modes.
No. Status updates like “landed” or “home safe” are a full way to take part. You still see the calendar, get reminders, check in and can send an SOS.
Sharing stops by itself and everyone is told the orbit has ended. Your live location is deleted the moment sharing stops, so nobody stays tracked after the trip.
Location sharing, SOS alerts, check-ins and everything a trip group needs are free. A paid OrbilyLive Plus adds more permanent orbits, more place alerts and more photo storage. Safety is never paid.
Location runs on motion, not a timer, so a phone sitting still costs almost nothing. Drives are worked out from the location you already share, so recording them adds no extra tracking.
No. Each person's score is indicative and uses the same absolute scale for everyone. The orbit sees an overall average, but members are always listed in the order they joined, never sorted by score, and there is no leaderboard.
